2 - Eat your fruits in the morning, because they have sugars that are natural in them, so you want to be sure your body burns through that sugar early on.

3 - Drink your water! You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water per day! For example - if you weigh 150 lbs., that would equate to 75 oz. of water per day.

I know it's a struggle that millions of us deal with every day - losing weight. For one, "losing" should not be in the vocabulary. If you lose something, then you will mostly likely want to find it.
