that is easy to read and understand. It's broken down into very comprehensible chapters that are truly valuable.
Tom helps you to set goals that will give you unstoppable motivation that will catapult you forward. He also
explains why 95% of all "diets" fail and what are the best strategies to get rid of that fat without a diet or
depriving yourself, and to keep it off.

also shows the proper way in determining your body composition - basically your fat to muscle ratio. Some people
are quite shocked at what their fat mass really is. Once you know your body comp, then you can chart your
progress so you can get from where you are to where you really want to be.
With myself having a very slow metabolism, I
needed to figure out just how to do my best with what I've got. Then I realized that as I lost the weight - my metabolism
increased. Everyone's metabolism is
