I am writing this review in hopes that you may get the information you need to make an
informed decision as to whether Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training program will work for
you.
Craig Ballantyne is a Certified Strength and
CSpecialist (CSCS), and author of many articles in magazines such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Oxygen,
MaximumFitness, and Muscle and Fitness Hers.

Turbulence Training is scientifically proven,
endorsed by elite trainers and top fitness magazines, and used by thousands of men and women for burning fat as
well as increasing muscle and improving your health and energy levels at the same
time.
One of the reasons I chose Turbulence Training was
the approach that Craig takes with his system. What I mean by that, is that he trains you from the most introductory level, then moves you up to
the basic level, then on to the intermediate level.
After that, you move up to the original phase and even on to 4 levels beyond
that. So if you’re starting
Turbulence Training right now, and you’ve already been working out, you can
start at a comparable level that
you are currently. If you’ve
never so much as done a single push-up in the last 15 years, then obviously you would start at the introductory
level.
His workouts are based on using your own body
weight. You don’t have to go out and buy an expensive gym
membership or a whole bunch of equipment for your basement gym. He explains in each workout, through full-color photos and complete descriptions exactly how to
do each move. He explains exactly how many repetitions to do and
how much rest in-between.
You won’t need to workout hard every day, but do
light activity on your non strength-training days.
Even the busiest of us can find time to do
this.
Turbulence Training also covers nutrition tips for
fat loss and healthy eating. I really liked Craig’s approach on this because he
didn’t make it so completely unreasonable. It’s very doable. I’ve attempted other “diets” in my time that have included just eating kale and
avocado. Huh? Not Craig. His approach is very
nutritious and healthy and he explains exactly what you should be aiming for in your food
choices.
Craig also offers a community forum membership so you can continue
to get support from not only Craig himself, but community members who follow his program and have seen great
success with it. You can also find others who are in your same situation and who may be facing the same exact
challenges you are facing in your quest for fitness.
All-in-all, Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training
is one of the best programs out there. It covers everything you need to know on how to lose fat and build muscle, and get yourself
healthy.
We all know that it doesn’t happen overnight, and
that is why I like Craig’s program, because it is definitely something you can do long-term, which means success
for you.
