school during gym class....but there is a good reason for those exercises back then, and they still stand
today.
Finally - because cardio is best done as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), you may want to
try jumping rope. You can totally put together an HIIT training program using jump rope.
These are a few exercises that are HIGHLY effective in obtaining that flat tummy and 6-pack
abs.
Spend about 20 minutes per day, three times per week doing these exercises and see what you can
accomplish in just a short amount of time.
