THE BEST FLAT
TUMMY EXERCISES WITHOUT SUPPLEMENTS AND EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT
In your
current search for the best flat tummy exercises, I'm sure you must have come across some pretty crazy ideas
and suggestions. There is a plethora of information out there right now on the exact subject of the best
flat tummy exercises.
Let me shed some light on the subject so you can receive honest and
valid information that you can actually use and see results.
The first thing I want to tell you about the best flat
tummy exercises is that they are not crunches. Crunches, and working out one muscle group in the hopes of only
increasing that one muscle group simply will not work!
The way that stomach muscles work, is they are part of
your core. The stomach muscles work better as "stabilizers." In that, what I mean is that while doing other
exercises, your stomach muscles will develop.
One of the best exercises for you to do is start in the push-up position.
From there you should either do push-ups, or mountain climbers. Both of these exercises are EXTREMELY
beneficial to your abs and developing a flat tummy.
You want to focus on whole body movements.
You should also be doing squats. Again - this uses your abs as
stabilizers. You can do squats on stairs, you can do squats while doing squat thrusts, and the best part of
that is that you can do them anywhere. You can even do a few at work!
Another exercise I'll mention is cardio. Jumping jax.
Doing jumping jax, again, is another ultimate flat tummy
exercise. It may make you remember back in elementary school during gym class....but there is a good reason
for those exercises back then, and they still stand today.
Finally - because cardio is best done as HIIT (High Intensity
Interval Training), you may want to try jumping rope. You can totally put together an HIIT training program
using jump rope.
These are a few exercises that are HIGHLY effective in obtaining
that flat tummy and 6-pack abs.
Spend about 20 minutes per day, three times per week doing these
exercises and see what you can accomplish in just a short amount of time.
