FAT BELLY
Have you tried everything under the sun to lose belly fat? Most people believe that losing belly fat is done
by doing crunches over and over again. Crunches, ab rollers, situps - all feel like they are working your
stomach. However, they are completely a waste of time and energy is that's all you are doing. You
cannot shape up only troubled spots like belly fat.
Where the true benefit comes is from working out the core. There are several ways to work out your core
that include everything from yoga to balancing on a workout ball to doing simple planks. Planks are extremely
beneficial because they use your whole body to perform the exercise.
Of course you cannot discount the benefit of cardio. Cardio, of course, is going to burn fat, and reduce
your overall "size" of your body. However, cardio alone will not eleminate that fat belly.
Obviously diet is a crucial part of losing a fat belly as well. It has become pretty well known that white
sugar carbohydrates are not good for you and you should stick to whole grains, etc.
