routines, you first need to understand what a kettlebell is, and why it is beneficial to you to use one for a
workout.
Kettlebell workout routines are becoming very
popular again due to the increased use by athletes in the martial arts as well as professional

A great exercise for your kettlebell workout routines would be the kettlebell swing. The
kettlebell swing is performed like this:
Squat down as if sitting in a chair. Grab the kettlebell with both hands beneath you. Keep your
chest up and your head up with your face forward. You then stand up, and swing the kettlebell up in front of you at
about chest height. Then on the down-swing, you squat back down again, almost as if sitting in a chair, while you
allow the kettlebell to swing down by your ankles. Make sure not to shrug your shoulders while doing this exercise,
keep those shoulders down.
This exercise will work not only your glutes and hamstrings, but your abs as
well.
