Have you tried everything under the sun to lose fat and build muscle? Are you
overweight and you want to build muscle while you lose weight and get that lean, trim body that you know is lying
beneath your surface?
How do you know what products or system is right for you? It's basically
information overload - and full of garbage based on what's out there today, it's pretty easy to waste money on junk
that doesn't work, whether it's some sort of fad diet with lemon juice, or some sort of all protein no carb diet
that just kills your liver, or maybe it's a very low-cal diet when you feel like fainting every day that you're on
it.
When you are truly trying to lose fat, you really want to focus on a program that
you can do....for a lifetime.
It's a proven fact that diets just don't work. Diets are something that you "go
on." If you "go on" something, eventually you have to "get off." So it's only logical that it's temporary. Why
would you want to put yourself through all the hard work of taking a bunch of weight off, only to gain it all back,
and more, later down the road - just because you couldn't stick to the progam?
It's not fun - and it's a reality that too many of us see, and repeat more than
once.
1 - You need your fruits and vegetables! The dark green leafy vegetables
are going to be very important!
2 - Eat your fruits in the morning, because they have sugars that are natural in
them, so you want to be sure your body burns through that sugar early on.
3 - Drink your water! You should be drinking half your body weight in
ounces of water per day! For example - if you weigh 150 lbs., that would equate to 75 oz. of water per
day.
I know it's a struggle that millions of us deal with every day - losing weight.
For one, "losing" should not be in the vocabulary. If you lose something, then you will mostly likely want to find
it. So when it comes to losing weight - what you really want - is to "remove" the fat! When you remove it, it's
gone...for good! Burn the fat off of your body so that it never returns!
So, before you start, make sure you have dedication, a proper plan, an exercise
regimen in mind, as well as keeping in mind your ultimate goal.
Your ultimate goal should be something so deep, that it will not fade. Not
something like - to look good in a swimsuit this year, or for the reunion that's coming up. Make it something more
than that, and make it only for you!
